What changes when you use us

Not a feature list. What is different about your week.

Your message actually gets read

People ignore email and screen calls. They read a text within minutes. Send to a pasted list, a saved group or your whole contact base, with connections to all Australian carriers.

People can just reply, and someone sees it

Messages sent from a number can take a reply. They land in a shared inbox your team already watches, trigger an automatic response, or come back through the API.

Your team stops copy-pasting between systems

Send from the software you already run. A documented REST API, webhooks, and email to SMS for the teams who would rather not integrate anything at all.

Let your team ask an assistant to send it

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account without handing over a password or an API key. Access is scoped to what you allow, every action is logged, and you can revoke it in one click.

Nobody sends what they should not

Give each team exactly the access it needs and take it back the day someone leaves. Two-factor authentication, IP allow-listing and eighteen separate permissions.

New as a brand. Not new at this.

AusSMS is operated by SMS Broker Pty Ltd. Australian owned and operated, sending SMS for Australian organisations since 2003. Rather than ask you to take our word for it, here is everything you need to check us yourself.

What this will cost you

Volume pricing is not a table. What you pay depends on how much you send, where it goes and how it is routed. Tell us roughly what you send each month and we will come back with a rate, usually the same business day.

Commonly asked

Why is there no price on the website?

Because what you pay depends on how much you send, where it goes and how it is routed. A table on a page would either be wrong for you or so hedged it tells you nothing. Tell us roughly what you send each month and we will come back with a rate, usually the same business day.

Is there a contract or a monthly fee?

No to both. You buy credits, you use them, and they do not expire. An account left completely unused for well over a year may be closed.

Where is our data held?

In Australia. The platform runs in AWS Sydney.

Can we send from our business name?

Yes. You can send from a business name rather than a number, and we handle the Australian sender-ID registration that now requires.

What happens when someone opts out?

It is recorded against your account automatically and they are excluded from future sends. You do not have to maintain that list yourself.

Can we try it before talking to anyone?

Yes. A free trial comes with 100 messages and does not need a sales call.

Try it, or talk to us
